In the United States, very serious people will claim “justice” is done because a cop strangled a man to death on the streets in broad daylight and the cop might actually experience the worst sort of punishment we routinely give people like his victim for every sort of harm and harmless done.

Every day, cops kill two or three people, seriously injure dozens more, harass and make unsafe thousands, while lying, planting drugs, and tampering with evidence.

Get that “non-violent drug offender” bullshit out of here. The only thing prisons are good for is rubble and kindling.

A better world will be built on the ashes of the one that would have seen us burn instead.
